And the hand of the LORD was on Elijah; and he girded up his loins, and ran before Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel (1 Kings 18:46).

There’s such a thing as the speed of the Holy Ghost, where you achieve and accomplish things supernaturally. It’s part of the ministry of the Holy Ghost in our lives: He causes us to accomplish feats that are beyond human

Your words have been strong and hard against Me, says the Lord. Yet you say, What have we spoken against You? (Malachi 3:13 AMPC).

One of the things you must make up your mind to do in your walk with God is to take the Word of God as the only truth to live by. Never question the integrity of the Word. Believe, accept, and affirm that

Remember Lot’s Wife – Pastor Chris Tells Delegates

After the glorious opening ceremony at this year’s IPPC, Pastor Chris spent over three hours ministering deep secrets and insights into the wonderful word of God.

One area Pastor Chris spent time educating the leaders in the ministry was in the area of total devotion and worship of the Lord.

A LIFE OF ABSOLUTE REST .

Take my yoke upon you…For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light (Matthew 11:29-30)

The life we’ve received in Christ is such that doesn’t require us to struggle for anything. It’s a life of rest; a life of peace in prosperity. Read our opening verse again. Here, the Lord Jesus outlines how stress-free and easy the Christ-life really is.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome donates tuition free school, health centre to community

Fast becoming one of the most distinguished faith-based charitable organizations in Africa, the Chris Oyakhilome Foundation International (COFI) continues to expand its efforts has again donated a state-of-the-art tuition free school and a health centre in DEMSA community in Adamawa state, Northeastern part of Nigeria.

The Chris Oyakhilome Foundation International believes that nurturing and providing for the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of children enables them to grow into healthy, happy, well-rounded adults, hence the urgent need to provide many children living in impoverished areas lack basic nutritional provisions and quality educational opportunities.

And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed (Genesis 12:2-3).

From the Bible, we see that even at old age, Abraham was very rich, because God blessed Him in all things. He was rich in cattle, in silver, and in gold (Genesis 13:2). The word translated, “cattle” is actually “livestock”; he had herds of cattle,

PREVAIL FIRST IN PRAYER

When they heard that, they were cut to the heart, and took counsel to slay them (Acts 5:33).

In our opening scripture, Peter had ministered the Gospel to a group of people, and rather than give their hearts to Christ, the people wanted to kill him. That’s why it’s important that before you go out to preach, you intercede for the people you’re going to be ministering to; pray that your message will be accepted and won’t just be a witness against them.

SELFLESS SERVICE — A KEY TO GREATNESS!

“…Whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister; And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant” (Matthew 20:26-27).

Our opening scripture underscores the responsibility of service—selfless service—as key to greatness! Today, the Lord is letting us know that whoever must be great should be a servant—a minister. Now, the word “minister” as used above is from the Greek word “diakonos,” which means an attendant, one who serves

LEADERSHIP

Napoleon once said “one bad general does better than two good ones.” It takes a moment for the sense of this to register, but it is the same as our modern saying “too many cooks spoil the broth”. Having one set of instructions, even if they are flawed, is preferable to having two sets of perfect direction that, when enacted together without reference to each other, cause havoc.

This is principle of leadership in a nutshell. It is all about maintaining focus and creating positive outcomes.

Edifying Communication

“Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers” (Ephesians 4:29).

In very instructive and categorical terms, the Spirit of God, through the Apostle Paul admonishes us not to engage in unwholesome or corrupt communication. Rather, the words

THE ENERGY OF THE SPIRIT

Whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily (Colossians 1:29).

In our opening verse, Paul refers to the inherent ability, the energy of the Spirit at work in him. This isn’t exclusive to Paul but to each and every one of us that has the Holy Spirit. Like Paul, be conscious of this divine energy at work in you.
